Ingredients
½ cup cooked turkey breast, finely chopped
¾ cup raw, finely chopped broccoli
3 tablespoons finely chopped spring onion
3 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon or pinch of dried tarragon
1 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
Directions:
- Put the turkey breast, broccoli, spring
onion, green pepper and tarragon in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard
and combine evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
