Ingredients
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, very finely chopped
2 tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
4fl oz extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice
salt and pepper
Directions:
- Combine the parsley, garlic,
capers and olive oil in a bowl, then stir in the vinegar
or lemon juice to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
