Ingredients

1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
4 oz pork loin, cut into thick strips
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
1/3 cup finely sliced spring onion
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
2/3 cup roughly chopped raw spinach
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over a high heat for about 1-2 minutes, remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork until lightly brown, add garlic, spring onion and cayenne pepper.
  3. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the soy sauce and spinach to the pan and toss lightly. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes until the spinach is just soft.
  4. Return the pork to the pan, add the sesame oil and sesame seeds, toss well and serve.
