Ingredients
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
4 oz pork loin, cut into thick strips
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
1/3 cup finely sliced spring onion
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
2/3 cup roughly chopped raw spinach
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
- Toast the sesame seeds in
a dry pan over a high heat for about 1-2 minutes, remove
from the pan and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a
pan and stir-fry the pork until lightly brown, add garlic,
spring onion and cayenne pepper.
- Remove from the pan and
set aside. Add the soy sauce and spinach to the pan and
toss lightly. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes until the
spinach is just soft.
- Return the pork to the pan,
add the sesame oil and sesame seeds, toss well and serve.
