Ingredients
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¾ teaspoon salt
4 boneless center-cut pork chops, trimmed of all visible fat
1 large bunch arugula (4 cups)
3 tbsp fat-free red-wine vinaigrette
Directions:
- Marinated pork chops with
cracked pepper, garlic powder, and salt for about 15 minutes.
- Grill the pork until brown
and cooked through.
- Combine the arugula and
vinaigrette in a large bowl; toss well to coat, serve with
pork chops.
