Directions:
- In a large skillet cook the turkey, celery, carrot, and onion until turkey is no longer pink; drain fat. Transfer mixture to a 31/2 -or 4-quart slow cooker. Stir in tomato juice, frozen green beans, mushrooms, tomato, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper, and bay leaf.
- Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5-6 hours or on high-heat setting for 21/2 to 3 hours. Discard bay leaf.
