Ingredients
¼ cup shredded green cabbage
¼ cup shredded red cabbage
1 celery stick, finely chopped
1/3 cup finely sliced red pepper
3 tablespoons finely chopped spring onion
¼ cup grated mature cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
½ teaspoon low-carb vegetable bouillon powder
1 tablespoons Mayonnaise
fresh lemon juice, to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Put the shredded green and
red cabbage, celery, red pepper, spring onion, grated cheese,
poppy seeds, sesame seeds and bouillon powder in a bowl
then mix together.
- Stir in the mayonnaise. If
you like a sharper taste, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
