Ingredients
5lb chicken, cut into bite size
3 onions
3 carrots
3 celery sticks, chopped
6 garlic cloves
4 bay leaves
1 tablespoon organic chicken or vegetable bouillon powder
4 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Directions:
- Place chicken in a large pot and cover
with water.
- Bring to the boil then simmer for
30 minutes.
- Skim away any fat from the surface
of the stock, then add about 3 cups water, onion, carrot,
celery, garlic cloves and bay leaves. Bring to boil, cover
and simmer for 1 hour.
